# AI adoption, made real.

AI access is easy. The harder part is what happens after it arrives.

People still have work to do. Teams still have habits, pressures, and ways of getting things done. A new tool does not change those things on its own.

That is why we built Adopture.

We help organizations turn AI access into a way of working people can actually use — thoughtfully configured, grounded in real work, and supported long enough to take hold.

We are not here to teach every feature or leave your team with another set of instructions. We stay close to the work: helping people build confidence, helping leaders see what is changing, and helping the organization keep moving after the launch is over.

Because adoption is not complete when the technology goes live. It is complete when people have more space to think.

## Meet the founders

Adopture brings together two disciplines that are too often separated: changing how work happens and helping people become capable inside that change.

### Roger Campbell II

_Co-Founder, Chief Adoption Officer_

Roger looks at the whole system surrounding adoption: the work, the habits, the leadership, and the conditions that allow a new way of working to stick.

Over more than 20 years, he has trained teams at **Microsoft, Amazon, and 2U** and developed the **A.I.D.E. Framework™** — a structured approach to AI adoption grounded in one belief: the greatest risk is not moving too quickly. It is moving without your people.

Roger often says, "You'll never know more than you don't know." For him, that is not a warning. It is an invitation to stay curious, ask better questions, and begin.

### Chelsea Jennings

_Co-Founder, Chief Enablement Officer_

Chelsea focuses on the moment knowledge becomes capability — when people move from understanding a new tool to using it naturally in the work that is actually theirs.

Over more than 20 years, she has designed high-impact learning experiences, including reskilling initiatives at **Amazon, Netflix, and Cognizant** and AI-driven programs for **edX**.

Her work has always centered on the distance between knowing something and being able to put it into practice. At Adopture, she makes sure that distance closes — and that the people doing the work are never left behind by it.
